Website Terms and Conditions WHO WE ARE GoQTT's travel service and its website, http://www.goQTT.com (the “Website”), are owned and operated by QT-Travel, Inc., a California Corporation (“QT-Travel,” “we” or “us”). We act as a broker/reseller of travel services provided by other third parties, such as airlines, hotel operators, tour operators, and others, between them and you, our customers. By using the Website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (this “Agreement”). This Agreement applies to the Website and QT-Travel reserves the right to update this Agreement without notice to you. Any future visits to the Website will be covered by the then posed Agreement. This Agreement applies to the Website and does not apply to other websites that may be accessible through the Website. USE OF OUR WEBSITE General We provide the Website for the purposes of enabling our customers to locate travel-related goods and services, to make reservations for those goods and services, and to transact business with suppliers as well as us, depending on who the ultimate provider is of those services, and for no other business purpose. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that: Separate terms and conditions will apply to the specific reservations and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you have selected. Some of the providers you have selected may require your signing a waiver of liability before taking advantage of the services they provide. Prepaid Hotel, Tour, Transport, and Airline Reservations By reserving hotels, tours, transport, and airline services through us, you acknowledge that QT-Travel negotiates rates and room availability with our suppliers in advance of your reservation, and further that we make those rooms available to you at a markup price which includes the cost of those rooms to us plus additional amounts we retain as compensation for our services. By booking with us and providing your credit card or other bank information to us, you are authorizing us to book reservations for you as long as what we charge you is no higher than the price we quoted you at the time you asked for the reservation, and you further agree that we are authorized to charge your credit card immediately for the full price of the item(s) you have requested. In addition, by submitting your request to reserve rooms, tours, and/or transport services, you authorize QT-Travel to facilitate all such reservations for you, including providing payments to the suppliers of those services. You may of course cancel or change any reservation that provides for cancellation or changes, subject to the terms of the cancellation policies, rules and restrictions for those specific kinds of reservations. This may mean you will be charged certain cancellation or change fees, or be denied the ability to cancel depending on the nature of the service and the timing of your cancellation. Liability Disclaimer Although we make every attempt for accuracy in both the description of the services you purchase through us as well as in the images that depict those services, where applicable, the information we provide on the Website or in documents provided to you through our service may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. QT-Travel is responsible for errors and misrepresentations based on information provided to us by our third-party suppliers, including but not limited to, information related to the detailed description of service offerings, hotel ratings, and facility availability at any given time, and disclaim all liability associated with such errors. QT-Travel, its affiliates, and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of any of the software systems we use on the Website and the products and services offered through the Website for any intended purpose, and their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of such services for our customers. The airlines, hotels, transport services, and tour operators that provide the services we resell to you are independent contractors and are neither employed by, or acting as agents on behalf of, QT-Travel. QT-Travel and its affiliates have no liability and will not refund in the event of anything outside of their direct control, whether it be through delay, re-routing of travel, cancellation, overbooking, weather-related incident, strike, legal action, force majeure, and acts of local, regional, or national governmental authority.
