Imagine one week of maximum recreation and relaxation at Vietnam’s premier golf courses. Three half-days of playing will take you to three world-class golf courses from the romantic alpine valleys of the Dalat Palace Golf Club to the striking sand dunes overlooking emerald seas at the Ocean Dunes Club. After a challenging (or leisurely) game, you can sit back and relax in the clubhouse, meet new friends, or simply enjoy the gorgeous scenery. Golfing in Vietnam will be a unique and treasured experience.

Detailed Itinerary
DAY 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City (no meals included)
AM: After arriving at Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), you’ll be transferred to your hotel.
PM: Optional afternoon tour or rest at your leisure. Embark on a tour around HCMC – formerly known as Saigon – and you’ll visit the History Museum, the Binh Tay Markets and the Thien Hau Temple in the city’s old Chinatown district, Cho Lon. Later you can visit a lacquer workshop to see artisans work their craft. You’ll have time in the evening to explore Vietnam’s biggest and most exhilarating city by night, or simply relax at the hotel in preparation your first round of golf in the morning
DAY 2: Golfing in Ho Chi Minh City (breakfast included)
VIETNAM GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB: The Vietnam Golf & Country Club designed by Chen King Shih (West Course) and Lee Trevino (East Course) is located 20km from downtown Ho Chi Minh City and set in an area of 305 hectares of beautiful natural scenery with shady cashew clusters and romantic lakes.
• 36 holes including 18 holes in the West (7,106 yards par 72) and 18 holes in the East (6,946 yards par 72)
• 12 lakes and a driving range of 5 hectares
• 35 villas, a clubhouse and a restaurant
• Vietnam Water World (40 hectares) for children
AM: After breakfast, you’ll take a 30-minute drive to the Vietnam Golf & Country Club on the outskirts of HCMC. After a successful morning on the green, relax over a drink or lunch at the clubhouse.
PM: Later in the afternoon, you’ll return to dynamic Ho Chi Minh City to stay another night. Step out to sample its great shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
DAY 3: Golfing in Phan Thiet (breakfast included)
OCEAN DUNES GOLF CLUB: Located on the sweeping white sands of Phan Thiet, just 200km from HCMC, the Ocean Dunes Golf Club was designed by one of the world’s greatest golfers and golf course architect Nick Faldo. Opening in late 1995, the 18-hole Ocean Dunes Golf Club features sand dunes, marshes and ponds, coconut palms and large undulating greens, maintained to the highest international standards.

• A driving range and putting greens
• A 123-room beachfront hotel
• A clubhouse with swimming pool and restaurant
AM: In the morning, set off for Phan Thiet, a seaside town north of HCMC, adorned with coral white sand beaches and multicolored sand dunes.
PM: Naturally, you’ll spend the afternoon at the Ocean Dunes Golf Club perfecting your game or simply indulging in the much-needed recreation and gentle sea breeze. Later relax by the pool or on the beach at your seaside resort.
DAY 4: Phan Thiet – Da Lat (breakfast included)
AM: The morning is free for optional activities such as exploring and taking photos at the renowned sand dunes or visiting the ancient Cham ruins (from the Indian inspired Champa Kingdom circa 4th to 13th centuries). Alternatively, you can soak up some rays on the beach.
PM: You’ll set off for romantic Da Lat – a city of lakes, flowers, pine forests and French colonial architecture. Nestled in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, Da Lat’s cool alpine climate is perfect for golfing. On the way, you’ll stop off at the 13th century Po Klong Garai Cham Towers in Phan Rang.
DAY 5: Golfing in Da Lat (breakfast included)
DALAT PALACE GOLF CLUB: The golf course was originally built in 1922 with 9 holes and was expanded to 18 holes in 1994. Located on the highest plateau (1500m above sea level) of the central highlands (300km from HCMC), Southeast Asia’s only bent grass course offers perfect surroundings for a relaxing round of golf with pine trees, lakes, valleys and romantic flower gardens.

• A colonial clubhouse featuring a pro shop, a restaurant, fireplaces and outdoor patio areas
• A 290-yard driving range and putting greens
AM: Spend the day in the usual fashion – playing golf in the well-manicured greens of the 18-hole Dalat Palace Golf Club. You’ll enjoy the game as much as the surrounding landscape.
PM: Time to discover the romance of Da Lat – winding streets, cobblestone alleyways, cool coffee shops and fresh mountain air abound.
DAY 6: Da Lat - Ho Chi Minh City (breakfast included)
AM: Return to Ho Chi Minh City (310km) via vast rubber plantations, extinct volcanic cones and endless pine forests. Stop over at Dambri Falls, one of the most magnificent waterfalls in Vietnam, and visit a tea-processing plant for a tea break.
PM: Return to HCMC and and overnight there.
DAY 7: Departure from Ho Chi Minh City (breakfast included)
AM: Spend your last minutes in this thriving city, observing the vibrant street life or doing some downtown shopping (embroideries, wood-carvings, lacquer ware…)
PM: Transfer to the airport for your return flight home. But you’ll be back…
